Construction of the “Dvizheniye. Govorovo" apartment complex has reached a new stage. Professionals completed the installation of the facade insulation and began its cladding in two buildings at once. Inside the buildings, the installation of the heating system was completed and a trial start-up of heat was carried out according to a temporary scheme. In common areas, work was done to arrange a floor screed. Now, the buildings are installing fire extinguishing systems, sewerage and smoke removal.
FSK Group is building the apartment complex in the south-west of Moscow, between Borovskoye and Kievskoye highways, within walking distance from the Govorovo metro station. On the territory of 5.2 hectares, 500 meters, two 15-story monolithic buildings are designed according to an individual project. They feature 1,664 apartments, where lowered windowsills and large windows will be installed.
On the lower floors of the buildings, there will be commercial premises for shops, cafes, beauty salons and consumer services. Near the buildings, the developer will equip walking alleys with recreation areas, trees and flowerbeds, as well as hedges.
