Rezhissyor residential complex, which is constructed by FSK Group of Companies in the Rostokinskiy district of Moscow near VDNKh, has reached the final stage of construction. Monolithic work has been completed in the buildings.
Builders finish the installation of a facade on the first building. Improvement work has begun on the adjoining territory. Within the building employees are completing decoration of public areas and installation of engineering. In the second and third housings facade works are performed by more than 60%. Simultaneously with this type of work, builders also carry out rough finishing of premises and the construction of interior partitions.
Rezhissyor is the real power place 100 m away from VDNKh. The premium project includes three buildings of different storeys (29-48 floors), total of 981 apartments. The underground level occupied a parking lot for 427 cars with storerooms. On the ground floors there will be premises for commercial activities. In the central entrance group, reception areas, waiting areas, co-working spaces, a lounge area and a children's playroom are designed.
