Construction of the Scandinavskiy residential estate in the Mytishchi urban district has reached the final stage. FSK GC completed facade work in the last two buildings of the project. Totally, 307 apartments of various layouts were designed there. Now builders carry out finishing work inside buildings, as well as the improvement of the local area, its landscaping, and arrangement of treadmills.
In addition to apartments, storerooms were designed, premises for commercial activities, as well as the outpatient medical department for 81 visits per shift. The commissioning of the buildings is scheduled until the end of 2023.
Scandinavskiy residential estate is a comfort-class residential project that FSK Group of Companies is building 2.8 km from Moscow along the Ostashkovskoye highway. The Swedish bureau Semrén & Månsson worked on the concept of a complex, which proposed to implement the Scandinavian lifestyle in the residential estate. Everything that the family needs is provided here. Four blocks of variable storeys with laconic facades, a kindergarten for 240 pupils were built on the territory of the complex. Construction work is being carried out in a comprehensive school. All residential buildings have a high energy efficiency class (A). In the courtyards, one can see thoughtful landscaping of environmentally friendly materials.
