As part of the renovation program, MSU-1 Group of Companies will build an apartment building using an equity agreement scheme.
The object is a two-section 25-storey residential building with a total area of 36,431 m2 with 384 apartments. It will be built at the address: Moscow, Borovskoye shosse, land plot 26.
Now, a permit for the construction of the facility has been successfully obtained and project financing has been opened at VTB Bank.
The Moscow Renovation Fund announced the need to switch to the co-investment agreement model, that is to say, the implementation of renovation projects involving bank financing, at the end of 2022. At the same time, a list of residential buildings was compiled, which will be erected in accordance with this model.
