MSU-1 GC will be engaged in the construction of office and multifunctional centers on the territory of River Park Kolomenskoye — a business-class residential complex with a recreational area and a business center on Rechnikov Street in the capital. The total area of the object will be 66,000,00 m2.
Currently, major construction facilities and underground utilities are located on the site, which are to be dismantled. In their place, two office and business centers and a multifunctional center with a through passage-arch at the level of the first floor will be built. The project provides for the landscaping and improvement of the building-free territory with the planting of green zones and the arrangement of flower beds. Sites and pedestrian zones will be equipped with small architectural forms and landscaping elements.
Completion of work on the facility is planned in 2026.
