Health Resort for Labour Veterans No. 31, designed for labour and Great Patriotic War veterans and disabled persons, comprises a dormitory building and a health and wellness centre.

Its premises stretch along Ostrovityanova Street, adjacent to a forest park. The architecture of the new health centre harmoniously balances traditional design and modern trends, with colours matching the city palette.

The health resort consists of two buildings of different heights, connected by a passage. Health Resort for Veterans No. 31 is fitted with advanced equipment to provide diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation services.
