The preschool for 205 children was constructed as part of the Semyonovsky Park housing development at Volnaya Street, Sokolinaya Gora District in the east of Moscow.
The three-storey building is based on an individual design and is divided into nine blocks for different age groups, with playrooms, dormitories, locker rooms, lunchrooms, and toilets in each. In addition, there are music and physical education halls, a club to hold development activities for children, and a joinery workshop. The building also has a medical facility as well as psychologist and speech therapist offices.
