About project

The Arkhitektor housing development benefits from a favourable location in the prestigious Obruchevsky District, South-Western Administrative Area, in close proximity to Kaluzhskaya Metro Station, not far from Leninsky Avenue, and comprises three towers of 28 to 47 storeys with a shared podium area and façades based on conceptual graphic art by the Dutch artist Escher. The unique, futuristic look of the 3D geometric panels making up the façades is achieved by using multi-coloured cladding materials.
