About project

Datsky Kvartal was designed by the Ostozhenka architectural office, which boasts a 30+ year track record of designing and refurbishing residential neighbourhoods. The property is conveniently located less than 1 km from the Moscow Ring Road and 15 minutes from Altufyevo, Bibirevo, and Medvedkovo Metro Stations. The project follows the philosophy of life in harmony with nature: it borders a woodland area of 400 ha with several large reservoirs as well as the Neklyudovo estate and other cultural and historical sites nearby.
