About project

The Khoroshyovsky housing development has a New Wave design, a state-of-the-art concept in design and development. The buildings are arranged in groups that make up several spacious and cosy courtyards. The façades are designed in a modern, streamlined style. The courtyards within the housing development are very green; a car park occupies two underground levels, and its roof houses an amphitheatre designed to host festivities and public events; the semi-basement of one of the buildings houses a shooting range; and the courtyards feature recreation areas and children’s playgrounds.
