The two buildings in the Rikhard housing development were built in the green and elite Khoroshyovsky District, a unique location where historical buildings neighbour parks and green pocket parks. The development offers futuristic views of Moskva-City skyscrapers, a river, and its own landscaped park. The project is distinguished by its expressive architecture, based on the interplay of broken lines. The main feature of the housing development is the golden arch decorating the main entrance.
