The facility encompasses three industrial laboratory buildings and a 900-space multilevel car park.

Its stand-alone six-storey buildings have a cast-in-place concrete frame structure. Each building has two below-grade floors: an upper service floor (–1) and a basement (–2).

The open unheated car park has heated lifts running through all six storeys as well as rooms to store firefighting equipment and a car wash.
