FSK Group has completed the construction of the structures of all residential buildings of the Rotterdam residential complex in the southeast of Moscow. The project includes five towers of different highness. Builders have finished pouring the monolith in the last building of the southern part of the residential complex, which has three residential buildings on a single stylobate. Now roofing work is underway in the houses.
In addition, external and internal walls are laid at the level of 12-16 floors of buildings. In the northern part of the residential complex, where the first two buildings are being built on a single stylobate, masonry work is nearing completion. Now there is an active glazing of towers. Installation of engineering systems is carried out in the underground parking. The completion of the entire project will take place in 2025.
The Rotterdam residential complex is located in the Nagatino-Sadovniki area, within walking distance from the Nagatinskaya metro station and the Verkhniye Kotly MCC station. The residential complex consists of five buildings (20-29 floors) with a total of 803 apartments. The first floors of the buildings will house commercial infrastructure, as well as a children's center for 150 people. A parking lot will occupy the underground level of the buildings. Within the framework of the Rotterdam residential complex, the developer will improve over 20 thousand square meters. On the territory of the complex, water bodies, cycling routes, places for recreation and sports, playgrounds will be created.
