Construction of the Sydney Prime premium residential complex has entered a new stage. The builders completed the insulation and began to arrange decorative facade panels on the outside of the first two buildings. Their total area is 15,523,7 m2. Only 80 apartments have been designed there, as well as underground parking for 113 cars. Construction of the buildings began in the summer of 2022 and will be completed in the second half of 2024.
In total, the premium quarter includes four buildings of different floors for 207 apartments. The houses are located on the first coastline of the Moscow River in the Khoroshevo-Mnyovniki area.
The author of the club block is the architect Kim Yong Gir, who became famous in Moscow in the premium segment. The buildings are built in a modernist style using modern materials and technologies. The cladding of the buildings provides for the use of clinker bricks, panels of decorative concrete with a finish of white stone. The premium image of the cases is complemented by metal panels with a brass texture, which are located between the floors, as well as panoramic glazing of apartments.
The territory of the buildings will be fenced around the perimeter, thanks to which green offices, a recreational area with a pond, stone gardens, as well as a space for sports were designed in the closed courtyard.
