The elevated highway in Pavshinskaya Poima, constructed by MSU-1 GC, was opened to traffic.
The Zodiac housing development project, where the Company was involved as the general construction contractor, won the Best Business Class Development in Moscow prize at the 2011 Urban Awards, the third annual residential real estate awards ceremony.

Construction work started on the Novoye Tushino UP Quarter, a joint project with FSK Lider.

Successful installation of street
and landscape lighting along Mira Avenue and Arbat, Tverskaya, and First Tverskaya-Yamskaya Streets, a joint project between MSU-1 GC, Svetoservis, TATELECTROMONTAZH, and Philips.

Completion of the 135,000 m2 MARi shopping centre, combining retail, business, leisure, and sports facilities.

Completion of the M-House housing development, located in Moscow’s Chertanovo Yuzhnoye District and comprising 912 flats measuring 50,900 m2 overall.
