About project

Kirgizia opened in the spring of 1972 as a five-screen cinema. The refurbished historical 26,600 m2-building now serves as a mixed-use public development and a community hub.

It houses leisure centres, a gastronomic space, a club offering a range of classes to visitors, event venues, a 109-space underground car park, and an open-air summer terrace on the roof.
