The MSU-1 Group of Companies project manager Galina Tsarenko took part in the task meeting of the finalists of the All-Russian industry competition of managers "Leaders of the construction industry", which took place on October 11 in the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The meeting was attended by the mentor of the competition, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Regional Policy and Local Self-Government Sergey Morozov and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Competition, Head of the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy (CNCP) Alexander Moor.
Sergey Morozov stressed the importance of the competition for the formation of a personnel reserve and the development of the construction industry, and also noted a number of key tasks facing the country's construction complex. Alexander Moor focused on the role of the competition in the development of the industry and announced the launch of a "regional track" of the competition, which will allow selecting highly qualified specialists for specific vacancies in the regions.
The leaders of the construction industry presented their proposals and legislative initiatives to improve this area. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to hold a strategic session on the basis of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions, where the contestants, with the participation of specialists, will be able to jointly work out the methodology and practice of preparing bills and initiatives aimed at developing the construction sector.
