FSK Group has signed an agreement with Bureau Veritas, a major international company, to verify that its projects are compliant with the product requirements set for business-class buildings. The first project to be subject to quality assurance will be the Sydney City housing development (construction phase 1).
Bureau Veritas is supervising FSK Group’s construction project, consulting on achieving product requirements and providing operational support as the Company implements the project. Quality assurance is aligned with Bureau Veritas’ proprietary step-by-step quality system while also including construction supervision functions provided for by Russian law. The consultancy provides independent analysis of construction progress and conducts compliance checks.

The quality assurance criteria used for the developer’s business-class projects include the use of certain glazing sizes and types, climate control tools, soft water and clean air supply systems, enhanced noise insulation, smart home technology, and high-speed lifts with wait times under 60 seconds as well as assessment criteria for entrances and landscaping.
