About project

The Rodnoy Gorod: Kakhovskaya housing development comprises three buildings of varying height with a common underground car park.

The project landscaped the grounds, built guest parking and a kindergarten, and placed relevant commercial infrastructure facilities on the building’s ground floors. The dimensions and size of the residential buildings were determined by the size of the site and based on sunlight requirements.

The buildings are equipped with ramps to ensure accessibility and lifts with capacities of 630 and 1,000 kg.
