Sydney City housing development

Sydney City is the first residential quarter in Moscow whose design is focused on well-being. This business-class property is located in the centre of the capital, on the bank of the Moskva River, and has direct access to the embankment.
The quarter features notable unique architecture, bringing together low-rise buildings in the European style and modern skyscrapers. For this project, we engaged top experts from Russia and abroad – leading architects and designers, educational project masterminds, psychologists, and residential and commercial space design consultants.
State-of-the-art construction technologies were applied. As a result, we have designed a real “city within a city”, a property that lives up to expectations and makes dreams come true.
