About project

The Lefort housing development is located in a prestigious historical district near the Yauza River. Its design concept embodies all the perks of a high-class residential development: a VIP level of service, state-of-the-art security systems with access control, a two-level underground car park, and grounds landscaped to a unique design. With its unique façade solutions and smooth curved shapes, the housing development has already become an architectural landmark of Moscow. The bottom floors are designed to house commercial premises for shops, cafés, bank offices, and extracurricular education centres. The semi-basement contains storage units for seasonal items and a car park for 211 cars.
