FSK GC completed all foundation work and began the construction of ground floors in an office center in the north-west of Moscow. The facility is being erected in the Khoroshovo-Mnyovniki area as part of a large-scale territorial development project — the Sydney City residential complex.
The construction of the multifunctional 24-story building began at the end of 2022. Its area is more than 70.000m2, after commissioning, about 1.7 thousand people will be able to work in it.
The office center will become the FSK Group of Companies headquarters. The developer and its member companies will occupy about 50% of office space, the rest of the area will be leased. The project of the office center provides for different types of workplaces and zones for interaction, modern IT equipment, including Face ID, security and analytics systems, VR monitoring.
In addition to offices, the building will also have premises for cafes and shops. Completion of the center is scheduled for 2025. The project is being implemented as part of a program to stimulate the creation of places for the application of labor (PAL). The volume of FSK Group investments in the construction of a business center is 7.7 billion rubles.

Sydney City Residential Complex is a comprehensive development project for the area along Shelepikhinskaya Embankment. The complex occupies about 19.4 hectares; it will be implemented in the well-being concept. In addition to residential buildings, the developer will build a park with an area of 1.9 hectares, commercial infrastructure, including a food hall and an entertainment center, as well as a municipal school and a kindergarten.
