About project

The shopping centre, located in the Park of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow, on the intersection of Bratislavskaya and Porechnaya Streets, combines leisure, sports, public, and business facilities. Due to the close proximity to the Moskva River and the hydrogeological issues that entails, we used special technologies to excavate the basement and lay foundations, including leveraging pile foundations, drainage, and additional waterproofing.
