Pokoleniye housing development

Pokoleniye is the first comfort-class property in Moscow’s Otradnoye District. The residential buildings are equipped with ventilated curtain walls finished with stone- and wood-coloured ceramic tiles. The ground floors have rooms to store bicycles and strollers as well as tertiary sector establishments. The residential quarter comprises four cast-in-place concrete buildings, an underground car park, a kindergarten for 150 children, and a school for 350 students. The flats feature more than 40 types of layouts, including two-level flats with a ceiling height of 5.7 m. The basement floors house car parks connected by lifts to the residential floors.
