About project

The educational facility built in the Gusarskaya Ballada housing development can accommodate 400 children. The three-storey, 5,400-m 2  building has playrooms, dormitories, sports halls, and music, dance, and art classrooms as well as a doctor’s office and a medical facility.

The surrounding area offers walks and outdoor activities. The building complies with all necessary requirements for comfort and safety, including a barrier-free environment for children with disabilities.
