The project involved the construction of a two-section 23-storey residential building.
The ground floor of the building is non-residential and is designed to house infrastructure facilities, offices, and mechanical and utility rooms for building maintenance.

Architectural and layout solutions take into account requirements for the amount of daylight in living areas and kitchens.
The size of the rooms’ light apertures ensures that they get an appropriate amount of daylight given their floor area.

The project comprised comprehensive area improvements and greening
as well as the construction of playgrounds and outdoor gyms.
The environment is accessible for parents with strollers and wheelchair users.
