Under the project, the historical walls, windows, and doors will be restored and recreated. On the first floor, the square brick columns, which were installed in later years, will be replaced with historical metallic floor lamps, while the wooden canopies will be swapped for translucent ones. The restoration team will clean up the stairs and fix the balusters supporting the stair railing, reinforce the brickwork, waterproof the building, and restore the terrazzo floor. The stucco decorations on the façades will be renovated, traces of old paint will be removed, and the lost elements will be restored using preserved parts. Based on architectural field studies and chemical analysis, specialists developed a project plan to recreate the interiors of the dining halls. Chandeliers, mirrors, window frames, and doors will be restored to their historical appearance.
