Gusarskaya Ballada housing development

The Gusarskaya Ballada housing development in Odintsovo, Moscow Region, comprises cast-in-place concrete and brick buildings, each named after a hero of the Patriotic War of 1812. The buildings’ exteriors are custom-designed in a uniform style. The tower blocks vary in height from 15 to 17 storeys. The housing stock comprises one-room, two-room, and three-room flats with ceiling height of 2.8+ m and floor space from 41.4 m²  to 110 m². The small inset and standard balconies offer picturesque views of the neighbourhood. Other features are separate bathrooms (except in one-room flats), dressing rooms, and spacious kitchens.
