About project

The new section of the North-East Expressway reduced the traffic load on the outbound arterial roads, the city centre, the Moscow Ring Road, and the Third Ring Road, as it serves as an additional connection between the Yaroslavskoye and Shchelkovskoye Highways. It will also improve the transport connectivity of the Eastern and North-Eastern Administrative Areas and reduce the amount of unnecessary traffic.

There is also a lit walkway along the North-East Expressway to provide pedestrian access to Belokamennaya MCC Station.
