About project

MSU-1 GC plays a key role in the construction of the North-East Expressway, part of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter, the capital’s brand-new transport artery. The project comprises the construction of road infrastructure between Lukhmanovskaya Street and the border with the Moscow Region, from preparing the site to constructing road infrastructure, an overpass along the designed highway, noise barriers, and below-grade pedestrian crossings as well as installing a transformer substation and traffic control devices.
