About project

This project called for a 24-storey, one-section residential building. The ground floor of the building is non-residential and is designed to house infrastructure facilities, offices, and mechanical and utility rooms to maintain the residential floors. Architectural and layout solutions take into account requirements for the amount of daylight in living areas and kitchens. The size of the rooms’ light apertures ensures that they get an appropriate amount of daylight given their floor area.
