About project

The project involved the construction of two three-section residential buildings with underground parking.

The buildings’ external finishing features a ventilated façade solution using large-size metal façade panels and ceramic granite tiles of varying shades of grey.
Cages for air conditioning units are installed on the façades of residential buildings.

The non-residential ground floors host infrastructure facilities as well as mechanical and utility rooms to maintain the residential floors.
