The Semyonovsky Park high-rise housing and infrastructure project forms part of the integrated development of an area formerly owned by Vehicle Repair Plant 1. The tower blocks are updated versions of a series of residential buildings by AO DSK-1. The corner sections of Building No. 1 are made using DomRIK technology, and the linear sections of Buildings No. 1 and No. 2 are based on DomNAD technology.
