About project

The project was built as part of the renovation programme. The buildings, measuring over 134,800 m 2  overall, contain 1,444 flats. Each building has an entrance lobby with vestibules and walk-through passages leading to courtyards, stroller storage spaces, a room for the concierge as well as mechanical and utility rooms.

All buildings are equipped with PA systems, fire escape management systems, fire alarms, and entrance security systems. Driveways leading to the courtyard have access gates controlled via personal RFID/access cards.

The façades of the residential floors are clad with light-brown and white clinker tiles, while the ground floor is designed using the contrasting colour of grey concrete.
