On March 22, an away meeting of equity holders of the problematic Terletsky Park residential complex took place. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Moscow City Construction Department. Dmitry Pronin, director of the project portfolio of the MFR West division, Sergey Lazutin, project director, as well as project heads Alexey Boburov and Roman Rodionov from MSU-1 Group of Companies, took part in the event.
Equity holders were informed that work at the facility is being carried out in accordance with the schedule. Strengthening of load-bearing structures has been completed in building №1, ventilation, heating, plumbing and masonry of internal walls and partitions continue. In building №2, work on strengthening the load-bearing structures in the above-ground and underground parts continues, and contractors have already been identified for facade work, heating, water supply and sewerage. In the parking lot, the load-bearing structures are injected and leaks are eliminated.
All comments regarding the heat supply of the buildings were also eliminated. In the summer, when the laying of power lines is completed, the complex will be connected to the power supply. Now transformer boxes are installed on the territory of the residential complex, and work is underway on the construction of electrical switchboards in the buildings.
Representatives of the MSU-1 GC noted that 270 people are currently involved at the facility, but the number of workers will increase weekly in accordance with the increase in the work front. By June, the total number of workers at the facility will reach 700.
The question of examining the buildings, which interested equity holders, is almost closed. In building №1, the examination is almost complete, specialists only have to inspect the roof. In building №2, the survey continues, but "signal" reports have already been received for four blocks, thanks to which the contractor can already start work. Underground parking was surveyed by 80%, the remaining work will be completed by April 10.
After the formal part of the meeting, equity holders were invited to the facility to familiarize them with the progress of work in building No. 1 and underground parking.
