In the urban district of Kotelniki, Moscow Region, the construction of a polyclinic for 400 visits per shift continues. The new building, the construction of which is carried out by MSU-1 Group of Companies, will unite the medical services of the district, which were previously located in different places at a distance from each other.
At the moment, builders are engaged in finishing the premises, installing engineering networks, completing all facade work and starting to improve the adjacent territory. The construction readiness of the new polyclinic on Kuzminskaya Street is 70%.
The project manager of the MSU-1 Group of Companies Sergey Shiyanov spoke about the completed and future stages of construction: "The rough finish is completed, now we have reached the final one. We started installing panels from the third floor and then proceed to installing ceilings, laying linoleum and installing doors".
According to the project plan, the 6-storey polyclinic building will house its own laboratory, physiotherapy department and day hospital. There are also eight elevators for the convenience of patients, visitors and medical staff.
The facility is being built within the framework of the state program "Construction of social infrastructure facilities" and the national project "Healthcare". The opening and commissioning of the clinic is scheduled for 2025.
