The major Russian bank DOM.RF has provided FSK Group with RUB 2.7 billion in construction project funding for The LAKE, a business-class housing development in Moscow. The funds will be used to build a 13,400 m2 tower block on Snezhnaya Street.
Designed to house 118 flats, the new building will be surrounded by well-developed infrastructure, including Sviblovo and Botanichesky Sad Metro Stations, schools, childcare centres, polyclinics, shopping centres, and stores within walking distance. The building will also have a one-tier underground car park for 63 cars, including 9 electric vehicle spaces. The building’s ground floor will host a small shop and a café. The project is scheduled for commissioning in the second quarter of 2025.

Under this new agreement, we will build a new modern project in Moscow, featuring exciting architecture and quality urban and on-site commercial infrastructure for residents. We plan to further strengthen cooperation with the developer,” said Anna Avdokushina, Vice President of DOM.RF.
According to the Russian government housing portal nash.dom.rf, as at 6 January, almost 16.4 million m2 of housing was being built in Moscow, with about 90% using escrow accounts.
