The FSK Group of Companies projects reached the final of the National Association of Designers and Surveyors (NADS) International Professional Competition for the best project - 2023. Honorary diplomas were awarded to two new residential complexes, which the developer implements under the brand name "1st DSK" in the Leninsky urban district of the Moscow region.
In "The best project for improvement and creation of a comfortable urban environment for the general plan of the urban district" nomination the first place was taken by the "1st Donskoy" complex, on the second place is the "1st Yuzhny" improvement project.
Residential complexes are large-scale comfort-class quarters in the Moscow region. FSK Group presented projects in the spring of 2023. In the "1st Donskoy" residential complex there will be 9 houses of variable number of storeys (6-24 floors) with 5,336 apartments, two kindergartens for 300 and 350 children, a comprehensive school for 1,350 students and an ambulance station. "1st Yuzhny" residential complex includes 14 houses with 11,936 apartments, two secondary schools for 1,250 and 1,725 students, three kindergartens for 600, 500 and 330 children, as well as a polyclinic.
Professionals will create a universal environment in courtyard spaces recreation areas, playgrounds and sports grounds, yoga areas, safe walking routes and all-season landscaping. In addition, a walking boulevard will be equipped in the projects. The improvement of each project will be carried out in the style of housing complex.
NADS has been held competition for 10 years to demonstrate the best achievements in the field of urban planning, architectural and construction design and engineering surveys in Russia and abroad. This year, 1,412 applications were submitted from Russia and a number of foreign countries.
