From 31 May to 2 June 2023, MSU-1 GC took part in Dvizhenie (“Movement”), Russia’s largest real estate forum, held in Sochi.

MSU-1 GC had a booth in the Rosa Hall exhibition centre, joining around 40 industry leaders – from developers and manufacturers of building materials and street furniture to utility infrastructure providers and IT companies. The core of the exhibition’s target audience were top managers and experts from the development sector.

The MSU-1 GC booth had the infrastructure to demonstrate its single digital ecosystem capabilities for construction project management. Forum guests praised the strengths of the high-tech solutions developed to the Company’s corporate standards: they were able to compare interactive models of buildings with panoramic shots of construction sites in VR glasses, see the scale of the order book on a 3D map, and explore end-to-end monitoring technology across project stages via a mobile app. Guests were escorted to the booth by a special robot assistant.
The MSU-1 GC digital ecosystem encompasses dozens of innovative products for the Russian market: MSU-1 Super App for online project management from anywhere in the world, a project management information system (PMIS), a unique building information modelling (BIM) system, the single Contractor and Customer Portal, an e-procurement platform to automate procurement, and many more.

On 1 June, Artem Bortnevsky, Executive Director of MSU-1 GC, was one of the guest speakers at the Data Breakfast held by IYNO. The discussion with top managers of construction and development majors was built around the core question: “How can developers leverage new data and predictive analytics-driven opportunities to increase profits?” Sharing MSU-1 GC’s digitalisation experience, Artem Bortnevsky spoke about how to detect potential risks to a project and make decisions in advance to reduce the likelihood of delays and extra costs, how new digital data technologies can reduce project costs, and whether digital modelling technology can help win clients.

“Customers place more trust in a company that shows not just one figure but the whole project picture in as much detail as possible – people, volumes, costs, and timing. Our industry is poised to largely shift to the smart and completely transparent open book principle. Digital solutions should make communications between the client and the contractor comfortable and simple across the chain, all while minimising potential risks,” said Artem Bortnevsky in closing.
