The ACRA rating agency once again confirmed the strong market positions of the FSK Group of Companies. The developer was assigned a credit rating of A- (RU) for the third time; the forecast is "stable".

FSK GC has begun the construction of ground floors in the future headquarters in the Moscow North-West Administrative District
FSK GC completed all foundation work and began the construction of ground floors in an office center in the north-west of Moscow. The facility is being erected in the Khoroshovo-Mnyovniki area as part of a large-scale territorial development project — the Sydney City residential complex.
