FSK Group has put on sale a new phase of flats with finished interiors in Rotterdam, a business-class housing development in Moscow. The flats on sale measure from 32.4 m2 to 128.4 m2; the prices start at RUB 15.5 million.
The flats are offered in classic (light shades) and modern (light or dark shades) style options. For their interiors, business-class finishes are used, including 2.3-m high doors with softwood casings, underfloor heating, three-layer engineered wood and ceramic granite flooring, and paintable vinyl wallpaper. Other business class features include ergonomic rooms and a customisable smart home system.
“Our experience shows that flats with finishing are highly popular, especially recently. This is because the finishing cost can be included in the mortgage, and the developer can get a lower price on materials through wholesale purchases. In addition, many flats in the waterfront housing development have an advantage rare in Moscow: a view of the river and Nagatinskaya Embankment, which turns the building into a real place of power,” said Olga Tumaikina, Commercial Director of FSK Group.
There are also white-box flats on sale starting from RUB 14.07 million. All types of finishing comply with modern requirements for business-class housing.
The Rotterdam housing development is located in the Nagatino-Sadovniki District, within walking distance of Nagatinskaya Metro Station and the Verkhniye Kotly MCC station. Its five buildings of varying height, housing 803 flats, will be commissioned in two phases. The underground floors will host a car park, a car wash, an EV charging station, and rooms to store bicycles. The project is divided into two blocks, north and south. The northern part of the Rotterdam housing development comprises two waterfront towers up to 20 storeys, with half of the flats featuring water views. The southern part consists of three towers of 28–29 storeys, with a common stylobate, an underground three-tier car park, and a childcare block for 150 children.
The first two buildings will be commissioned in the second half of 2024; the final construction deadline is 2025.
FSK Group is one of the largest development companies, with projects in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, the Moscow, Leningrad, and Kaluga Regions as well as the Krasnodar Territory. Its core business is the construction of housing (comfort and business classes), commercial property, and transport and social infrastructure. In 2022, ACRA, a Russian rating agency, affirmed FSK Group’s credit rating at A– (RU) with a stable outlook. In 2022, the Group’s revenue exceeded RUB 174 billion, which is relatively flat year-on-year.
