The Sky Garden residential complex, which FSK puts up in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo district of Moscow, has entered a new stage of construction. Monolithic work has been completed in the first building: a building structure has been erected at the level of the 43rd floor. Now builders are carrying out work on the construction of metal structures, a hinged ventilated facade and a roof of the facility. Also, the installation of window blocks continues in the house. The builders began to install internal engineering systems. The commissioning of the hull is scheduled for the II quarter of 2025.
As part of the second stage of the Sky Garden project, two residential buildings are currently being built. In the second building, the installation of tower cranes and the construction of the underground part of the building and parking began. A foundation pit is being developed on the territory of the third building. The construction of these two facilities will be completed in 2027.
In total, the residential complex will include four buildings of different heights, its own park with an area of 3.5 hectares with central square, children’s and sports hubs. A coworking area and a children's area will be created for the residents of the complex. On the first floors of Sky Garden, builders will place commercial premises necessary for a comfortable life. The river embankment adjacent to the residential complex will be landscaped for walking and relaxing by the water.
