The ACRA rating agency once again confirmed the strong market positions of the FSK Group of Companies. The developer was assigned a credit rating of A- (RU) for the third time; the forecast is "stable".
Analysts of the agency highly appreciated the business profile, geographical diversification and profitability of the FSK Group of Companies. The agency's report notes that the developer's revenue growth in 2022 by 24.1% ensured by an increase in revenue from the sale of real estate, as well as the acquisition by the group of a number of companies engaged in the production of sheet glass. Analysts also predict an increase in this indicator due to an increase in real estate sales, including the creation of a new structural unit of FSK Family with a total portfolio of suburban housing projects of about 1 million m2 as part of a partnership agreement, and due to an increase in the volume of construction services provided.
ACRA noted the low debt load and assigned FSK Group a strong liquidity assessment. These indicators are due to sufficient amounts of funds in accounts and unused open credit lines, as well as the company's access to external sources of financing.

FSK GC is one of the largest development companies, whose objects are represented in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad, Kaluga regions and Krasnodarskiy Krai. The main area of its activity is the construction of housing (comfort and business classes), commercial real estate, transport and social infrastructure. The revenue of the Group of Companies for 2022 amounted to more than 174 billion rubles, which is comparable to the previous year.
