FSK Group has commissioned a childcare centre in the Skandinavsky housing development in the Mytishchi Urban District, Moscow Region. The construction was financed using extra-budgetary funds and will become municipal property.
FSK Group built the childcare centre as part of phase 2 of the residential construction project.
The 3,529.99-m2 building for 240 children houses playrooms, dormitories, music and sports halls, and a workshop. There is also a medical facility, administrative offices, a laundry, and an ironing room.
The Skandinavsky comfort-class housing development is located 2.8 km away from Moscow along the Ostashkovskoye Highway and 10 minutes from Medvedkovo Metro Station. The project encompasses six residential buildings of medium height, to be commissioned in two phases, as well as a municipal school and a childcare centre. Designed by the Swedish studio Semrén & Månsson, the housing development reflects the Scandinavian lifestyle.
At the moment, FSK Group is completing project phase 2, with the secondary school and the last two buildings of the housing development almost finished. The project will be fully commissioned in 2024.
FSK Group is one of the largest development companies, with projects in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, the Moscow, Leningrad, and Kaluga Regions as well as the Krasnodar Territory.
