MSU-1 GC will perform the full range of construction and installation works for the Repository of Collections and Restoration and Exhibition Centre on Kolymazhny and Maly Znamensky Lanes in Moscow. The project area will total 20,611 m2.
The Centre will become a key facility of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. It will occupy the Glebov–Ponomaryov estate, preserving the original buildings – the three-storey main one and the two-storey wing in the neoclassical style. The Repository of Collections and Restoration and Exhibition Centre will house the museum’s storage space, new restoration workshops, and exhibition halls for temporary exhibitions. Part of the repository’s collections will be put on display, accessible to the public.
The final project deadline is October 2025.
