About project

The Children’s Musical Theatre of Young Actors was founded in 1988 by Alexander Fedorov, the theatre’s art and stage director and a Distinguished Art Worker and Distinguished Actor of Russia. Today, the theatre is the leader of the children’s theatre movement in Russia and a theatre school for many young Muscovites. The teachers base their courses on a unique methodology that develops children’s understanding of the basics of acting, stage work, and music, helping them discover new talents.
