The traffic interchange at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with Lipetskaya Street needs upgrades as it cannot cope with the heavy traffic. The project will comprise refurbishments of almost 10 km of roads as well as the construction of seven overpasses and a tunnel.

Plans include building an additional crossing across Lipetskaya Street, installing noise barriers along the inner side of the Moscow Ring Road and Lipetskaya Street (at Houses 50, 52, and 54 [Building 21]), and soundproofing several houses with noise reduction windows (Houses 17 [Building 1], 50, 52, and 54 [Building 21] on Lipetskaya Street and houses on Vostryakovsky Drive).
