About project

The residential building with underground parking on Selskokhozyaystvennaya Street has two sections measuring 11 and 12 storeys, respectively. The building has 110 flats, including 43 one-room flats, 55 two-room flats, and 12 three-room flats, measuring over 5,900 m2 overall. The flats feature their own thermostats, enabling residents to control room temperature and save on heating costs.

The underground floor includes underground parking, while the building’s courtyard houses a playground for children. The site is gated.

The project was completed within the timelines set out in the public contract for construction. This is the first residential building in the Rostokino District registered in the state property registry under the housing renovation programme.
