After restoration, the snow-white, Art Deco-style pavilion will host cultural and leisure activities. The restorers will dismantle the glass annex, returning the building to its original layout. The next steps will be reinforcing the foundations and brickwork of the building, filling cracks in the walls, and replacing the roof and drainage system. In restoration workshops, restorers will recreate lost stucco elements and bas-reliefs. The main façade will be covered with terrazzite plaster. The façades will be painted in their original colours.
