College of Road Transport No. 9 was built on 0.44 ha in the Savyolovsky District of Moscow, near Dmitrovskaya Metro Station at Vyatskaya Street.

The college is designed for 300 students and 40 teachers and staff members. The educational process in the college is based on interactive learning, using a large-format interactive display.

The college features a comfortable layout, high-tech equipment, and designer entrances. The building has accessible features: a 1 x 2.1-m cargo/passenger lift with a weight capacity of 1,000 kg, exterior and interior ramps with an 8% slope, and main corridors at least 2.4 m wide. The surrounding area is shared between all college wings and is completely pedestrianised.
